Designed to prepare athletes for their specific sports by designing a training course dedicated to making the athlete faster, agile and stronger.

Life Coach

Provides counseling on a wide range of personal and professional issues in order to maximize the persons full potential. It helps the client to recognize challenges and develop an action plan to resolve matters. The focus is on internal strengthens and resourcefulness and less on failures and shortcomings.
